Rates quoted are Special rates valid in march 2011.However,in the event of any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control,Maharaja Tour&Travel reserves the right to alter the rates without prior notice.Maharaja Tour&Travel utilities vehicles/equipment owned by us our associated companies where possible.

Upon notice of confirmation of booking from Maharaja Tour &Travel,please issue an exchange order/voucher to reconfirmall service required.The EO together with a copy of the itinerary and payment must reach our office no later than 14 days prior to pax arrival.Wherever possible,pro-forma invoice will be included with our quotation and confirmation.

Cancellation
In event that you wish to cancel any reservation,notice must be made in writing and depending on the period of notice given.Maharaja Tour&Travel will impose an administration charge and this will be advised accordingly.In addition,hotel will levy one night no-show for cancellation made less than 7 days for FIT and 14 days for GIT,especially during high season 30 days.
Passport & Visa
Please ensure that your passenger are in possession of valid passport.we will not be held responsible and liable for any form of compensation should a passenger be refused entry into country by the immigration authorities for whatever reason..(read more)
Insurance
All vehicles used by Maharaja Tour&Travel are insured an accordance with our lows.However we would advice your cliens to be by a comprehensive holiday travel insurance.
Liabilities & Force Major
We reserve the right to amend the itinerary,hotel,at a similar standard due to any unexpected operation reason or unexpected circumstances, such as natural disaster,landslide.flood,riots,traffic,hold-up or places being closed.Tour might be shortened,postphoned,or extended due to any whats over beyond the control of PT.Maharaja Tour & Travel.We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage during the course of the services and the customers taking their own risk.
Refund
No refund and reduction can be made to your clients who does not participation any meal,sightseeing tours and hotel room transfer services for any confirmed arrangement.
Air Port taxes
For Domestic tickets that issued from original country, travelers must be pay the domestic airport tax Indonesia & before departing from Indonesia.Every travelers must pay the International tax which amount is different in some cities.
